Visual Production & Installation Coordinator
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production or as a project manager.
Onsite experience in retail, stage or display installation and event production.
Organized, proactive problem solving, and attention to detail skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, adhering to timelines
Experience keeping track of budgets
Ability to work as part of a team that includes Operations, Design, Creative and Housekeeping
Use of Power tools
Understanding of materials and construction
Must have Proficiency with computer skills including:
Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
CAD or SketchUp skills are welcome too!
This position will support the Visual & Events Manger in ensuring all communication and implementation is seamless.
Role may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
