The Senior Project Manager will be able to manage multiple large-scale projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and communicate project status.

 Job Responsibilities

In this role you will create and maintain work back schedules for complex creative projects. You will gather critical project inputs up front and understand how to adapt our process to meet project needs. You will look around corners and solve problems before they arise. You will hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and hold creatives responsible for deliverables. You will schedule outlined meetings to keep the project and creative review cycles on track. You will attend meetings, facilitate and ensure you capture and distribute all feedback. You will work closely with our teams to keep them abreast of project timing and share any early deliverables.


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ year related field experience required
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a creative agency or similar
  • Passion for Client Management
  • Experience with Project Management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Drive to automate and scale.
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Experience across branding, packaging, video production
