Responsible for assisting Selling Manager with customer service, retention tools, focus program, staff development, merchandise presentation, selling events, sales promotion and stockroom controls. Responsible for keeping track of daily numbers, negotiating vendor returns on merchandise and checks in all new receipts and pull client special orders.


  • Ability to understand and analyze business metrics
  • Compile EOM reporting (sales associate’s metrics, sales/returns metrics, clientele capture metrics, etc)
  • Expenses/Invoices management – expense vendor setup, invoice processing, expense forecasting, closing, and journal entries through Oracle systems).  Reconciliation with finance department.
  • Establish a strong relationship with various teams within the company (Merchants, buyers, finance, accounts payable, etc)
  • Store-line incentive management – approvals, results tracking, and payouts
  • Key Associates management – bonus tracking and payouts, clothing allowance management
  • Compilation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings
  • Provide support on special projects in a solo or group setting
  • Store-wide communication of event invitations

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft software (advanced Excel knowledge)
  • Lotus Notes
  • Oracle based systems


  • Ability to learn proprietary programs and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Detailed oriented and results driven
  • Highly Collaborative and adaptable to different audiences
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
