Key Responsibilities Remain active and visible on the sales floor, providing a welcoming presence and greeting clientsPartner with management to support store openings and closingsAssist Sales Associates with inbound interselling by offering product knowledge and on-the-floor supportBuild strong working relationships with associates across all departmentsOrganize appointment scheduling and manage client interactions to ensure a seamless experienceMaintain and update client information to nurture lasting relationshipsProcess transactions accurately and efficiently at the POSHandle post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and sending thank-you notesSupport digital selling initiatives and contribute to enhancing the team’s social media presenceHelp organize exclusive gifting programs and special experiences for top clientsEnsure all unsold merchandise is properly returned to stockMaintain the cleanliness and presentation of fitting rooms, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as neededSupport inventory management, including reconciliation and stock accuracyHelp maintain merchandise protection standards and overall floor organizationCommunicate effectively with peers, leadership, and high-level clienteleDemonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExhibit excellent organizational skills and ensure timely follow-up on tasksStay up to date with POS systems and client management tools to optimize workflowPerform additional tasks and assignments as needed to support business operations
