Promotions Manager
Strong communication and organization:
- Support all BGO marketing teams needing to stay in the loop with promotions
- Ensure teams are aware if promos change
- Keep organized document of what’s coming up weekly, lead the weekly promo calls and ensure all teams are clear
- Ensure teams also have the latest promo calendar
Project management and execution of public, private and segmented promotions:
- Meticulously track promo details and exclusions for each offer and audience segment. Ensure that the appropriate disclaimers are used in every offer communication.
- Ensure weekly alignment on all BGO promos during promotion meetings
- Ensure teams are aligned on overall message, timing, disclaimer
- Communicate/Highlight specific designers’ part of promos
- Support Customer Strategy and CRM team to setup segmented promotions
Reporting and analysis of promotions and hard marks:
- Create reports to measure promo performance vs prior years, at the channel level
- Consolidated reporting for VP analysis
- Standardize hard mark and promotion reporting- before each price break, provide cross functional teams:
- Brand, style count, oh u, oh $
- Important event highlights- inclusions/changes
- Track redemption of promo codes for each campaign. Monitor redemption while offer is live and flag any abnormal redemption activity.
- Weekly Web Category Report for Sale silo- understand traffic, conversion metrics driving performance
Forecasting
- Understand promotion changes and communicate forecast or plan risks
Merchandising
- Decide site support/creative requests for each event
- Manage New to Sale section
- Merchandise Promotion drives to align with BGO brand
