In this role, you will assist the Personal Stylist in meeting the needs of her clients.
Responsibilities include

Prior to client appointments, pull merchandise throughout the store as instructed by the Stylist

Accurately process all transactions at register

Return merchandise to appropriate locations after appointments

Maintain neat and organized environment for clients

Comply with policies regarding "holds", "will calls", etc.

Respond in a timely manner to clients' emails, texts, phone messages
-
Follow up with clients on any outstanding issues (i.e. alternations, delivery of merchandise, etc).
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong fashion sensibility
-
Previous sales experience is preferred
