• Ability to multitask in a busy, guest focused environment　

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with guest and vendors　

• A strong knowledge of food and wine and curiosity to learn more

• Excellent communication and leadership skills　

• A positive "Team Leader" attitude to provide the best service　

The position is for a full time 5 day work week including weekends but few late evenings
