Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years experience designing & developing consumer experiences
  • Experience working in agile, collaborative environments
  • Experience working with Sketch, Invision
  • Experience with design process that leverages user research, user testing and analytics tracking to inform and iterate on design 
  • Strong foundation in information architecture, user flows, and related artifacts that clarify and organize complex information systems and business scenarios
  • Experience creating designs for a complex systems environment – leveraging large amounts of content/data to create a simple, intuitive design 
  • Success creating and launching work in a large product programs, with product managers, engineering, and design
  • Has a track record of designing product that has been shipped, tested and optimized
  • A passion for simplicity and minimalism in design
