Who We Are Looking For: 

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience of people management experience 
  • 3+ years in consumer facing e-commerce experiences
  • You have had success working closely with U/X and Engineering and have a deep enough understanding of these product development pillars to work effectively with equally experienced leaders in these roles
  • You have extensive experience building product roadmaps, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
  • You have proven success implementing Agile software development methodologies, while establishing and maintaining pragmatic engineering best practices (e.g. code reviews, testing, continuous delivery).
  • You have deep experience with Agile Frameworks, Continuous Integration and Deployment methodologies in a customer-facing production environment
  • You have had cross functional leadership experience, and are passionate about mentoring and developing people beyond their functional roles and responsibilities 
  • You are a collaborator who believes in the value of multiple perspectives and who can receive feedback gracefully and deliver recommendations productively 
  • You are data-driven and goal-oriented—you measure success both quantitatively and qualitatively and understand the importance of both
  • You are passionate about brands and understand the role they play in delivering an exceptional user experience
