 JOB SUMMARY:

 

A multi-dimensional role within the Marketing Department; Focusing on connectivity within the business from email marketing to social media. Ownership of fashion editing for projects ranging from print to digital marketing.

 

Working closely with the Creative team, Fashion Office, Marketing and Web Merchandising teams to identify key trends, content opportunities and support a seasonal editorial calendar.  Collaborate with Marketing VP, Advertising team and Copywriter to create efficiencies with our existing strategy and develop new for mats for existing

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

       Work with Creative, Fashion Office and Copywriter to identify key trends and curate magazine content that will translate to sales and drive demand across store, print and digital platforms

       Instill brand messaging across all BG platforms that is consistent, conveys a modern luxury voice and accessible positioning that reinforces BG as a fashion authority.

       Collaborate with Marketing on content calendar planning and solidifying deadlines.

       Translate Merchant priorities into compelling editorial content that drives demand, especially around launches, events, or other initiatives.

       Leverage reporting and analytics to determine success of key initiatives

       Assist co-op marketing team to propose engaging editorial programs to drive vendor business.

       Conceptualize large multi-platform seasonal content packages that span print, digital and video

       Develop comprehensive social media campaigns and manage daily content for all platforms, optimizing regularly to deliver best results and engagements

       Cultivate and maintain relationships with social influencers and editors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills as well as having a strong fashion point of view.

       Ideally 5+ years in a fashion social media or market editorial role

       Experienced in digital content planning/ editorial calendars

       Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects on tight deadlines.

       Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

       Bachelor's degree.
