Director, Creative Operations
Qualifications :
• 7 years of media, creative agency or media consulting experience, 2-5 years of those in an operations, financial or management role. Experience managing creative teams, budgets and work flow
• Operations/strategy experience in the media industry with knowledge of the editorial process
• Experience coordinating across departments-editorial, revenue, business development, and legal
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Demonstrated ability with cross-organizational planning, maintaining schedules, and achieving deliverables on deadlines
• Facility with operational systems creation, implementation, training, and management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
