Plan, coordinate and oversee execution of all BG omni-channel marketing programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seasonal BG content calendar

Oversee email planning, website updates, digital media planning, marketing programs and omni-channel promotions set to meet demand plans on a monthly and annual basis

Ensure a consistent BG image throughout all customer facing assets and events

Partner with cross-functional teams on a daily basis to ensure effective communication and project delivery with regard to traditional and digital initiatives

Own omni-channel business meetings and financial projections

Manage expenses across printed mailers, gift cards, and other marketing channels and tools

Work proactively with other departments (customer insight, account management, advertising, creative, etc.) to generate new ideas for driving new customers and customer demand, as well as new ways of executing work flow

Manage process for evaluating the impact of events by collaborating with the analytics and store teams, providing results and recommendations to leadership

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization through web conferences, in-person group meetings, conference calls, emails and one-on-one touch bases

Provide a high performance work environment that promotes growth and development of marketing team through consistent motivation and constructive feedback
Desired Skills and Experience

5+ years of marketing experience

Ecommerce and/or retail experience preferred

Experience implementing programs within an omni-channel environment preferred

Business acumen with strong analytical background

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Leadership experience with responsibility over multiple individuals

Must have the ability to travel to New York
