Designated Selling Associate (DSA), Tom Ford Women's RTW
The Designated Selling Associate (DSA) represents the Tom Ford women's RTW brand in BG. The DSA promotes the brand, providing training and product knowledge to other sales associates to encourage inter-selling.
Essential functions include:

Develop and execute strategies for driving the Tom Ford women's apparel business, acquiring new clients and expanding existing client sales to meet or exceed individual sales goals

Perform regular boutique maintenance and re-merchandising

Accompany buyer to showroom appointments and assist in assortment planning

Report vendor specific monthly sales figures to designated vendor representative

Actively participate in the planning and execution of trunk shows or special events

Coordinate special orders and reserves the buyer, vendor and sales associates

Provide consumer feedback to buyer and vendor on a regular basis
The ideal candidate will have excellent selling and client building skills, prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with other associates and successfully promote the Tom Ford brand. Must work a full time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
