Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve and work independently
Demonstrate initiative and positive can-do attitude
Must be an assertive, service-oriented team player, but take direction from Manager
Must be results driven, analytical, articulate, and organized
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
FileMaker knowledge a plus, but not required
