Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred

  • Previous leadership experience or experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus

  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion

  • Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve and work independently

  • Demonstrate initiative and positive can-do attitude

  • Must be an assertive, service-oriented team player, but take direction from Manager

  • Must be results driven, analytical, articulate, and organized

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties

  • FileMaker knowledge a plus, but not required
