Advanced consulting skills, including the ability to effectively scope and lead cross-functional projects,
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, and ability to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals ranging
Strong financial and technical acumen, including strong working knowledge of legal, regulatory and governance requirements, and industry benchmarking and best practices
Advanced level knowledge of Excel
Bachelor’s degree in HR management, finance, economics, business administration, or related field; M.A. or MBA is a plus
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with broad range of compensation, preferably in retail industry or other multi-unit employer
Minimum of 6 years of people management experience.
